Purchased four valves 57280, and not one works as intended. I'm really disappointed in Orbit customer service.
Three days on the phone and three days of no help. I'm rethinking Rainbird products.

Verified Reviewer |REached out for helpw with connecting my phone and they did something that broke the system
I bought a houst recently with 2 of those beehive controllers. I was testing them manually and everything was working, but I wanted a better veiw in to it.
I tried connecting my phone via app to the system, unsuccessfully then reached out to support. The support did something wrong with the accoutn and someone elses system showed up in my account.
on top of that, my system stopped working entirely... Orbit support told me that I need to hire a irrigation specialist and or electrician to identify the issue, which was not present before their involvement.
- Terrible cheap product and even worse support
Preferred solution: Looking for them to address the issue they caused

Fair enough. I text it to they.
State my problem. They refer me to their expert.
She asks me for all the same info I just gave.
MAC can only be seen with disassembly. It might help if they mention this up front

Need a spec sheet for bhyve smart wifi sprinkler timer
To begin the robot couldnt understand my name nor last name, repeated it 8 times, then I was sent to a waiting list hopefully I get called back so there was no way of speaking to a live representative
I logged out and could not log back in with my saved password?
Probably pilot error...
However, the customer service I received was graceful despite my poor attitude. I was at my wits end and got rescued :-)
I now have faith and confidence with my purchase decision.

Tech question re bhive wifi
It seemed like an AI customer support, or they were using Google translate. Long delay between questions and answers.
Awkward... and difficult to follow.

Replacement valve handles for Orbit product # 62010N relacement rubber valve handles
I have four of these valves. The oldest was purchased about four years ago.
The others were three to two years ago. They have worked beautifully for me, However, Now I'm having some problems. The valves still work great the handles are deteriorating. Out of the original 16 handles nine of them have broken off.
I need to replace them. I'm not sure if this is covered under the warranty or not. If they are not under the warranty please let me know how much they cost and I will gladly pay for them. The valves seem to be stiff.
I suspect this has to be the case for a good seal. Please let me know via email or telephone on what your decision is.
PS; If someone is having a hard water problems on their valves or hose quick connects this a solution IF THEY ARE MADE OF BRASS ONLY!, you can soak them in white vinegar and agitate. Leave them in the vinegar overnight or put a small fountain pump in the vinegar to continually agitate. Upon removal rinse the thoroughly i on then water.
If they appear to be dull in appearance use a wire brush on them to bring back the luster of the brass.
DO NOT USE ON ALUMINUM OR ZINC AS THE VINEGAR WILL EAT BOTH METALS.

We had a failure on one of their irrigation timers. CS went through step by step on the set up and functionality and confirmed a product failure.
They sent me a link and this allowed me to take a picture of the failed timer so they could review the condition. One week later I received a warranty replacement timer.
Just cant say enough on how great it is to deal with a company that makes a great product and stands behind them one hundred percent. Twenty five year customer and looking forward to the future with Orbit products.
Called customer service about brass replacement heads for pop up sprinkler. I wanted to adjust pattern flow . I bout new brass heads only none of the screws will turn to adjust. Screws strip before t
New screws strip before you turn them. Torque is to tight.dont buy them.
Customer service was not familiar with this product. Said they don't turn. I read her the back of package telling the instructions of how to adjust the flow. Then wanted me to send pictures.
Of the product I stated I couldn't do that while on the phone. She wanted to guide me.

Bought an 8-zone controller 3 years ago. Didn't work after 1 year.
Orbit replaced it and I was happy. It doesn't work again. No replacement is offered due to the prior claim, but they offered me a 20% discount if I purchased on their website.
Build a better product and skip the coupon BS. I'll try a Rain Bird as I know the B-hyve is junk.

Purchased at LOWES need number to give store to get a replacement.
