I was working with the man on the phone. We had an issue with submitting my address.
The app took my address, but there was no place to submit it. We didn't several times. He also didn't in his phone. He placed me on hold and said he was contacting the tech team.
I was disconnected. Just like that. After 45 minutes on the phone! He had my phone number.
In fact, you all had my phone number. No one called me back.
No one. I still do not have it connected right.

Bad product
I have purchased 3 Pro Exo Jacket garden hoses, and they won't last but a few months before the Exo Jacket tears and the inner hose bubbles out and leaks. Nothing pro about it.
I paid $50.00 for each and am not happy. I called customer service and left my number for a callback, and no one has called me back.

One of your machine that I have is not working

Thank you for your help. I did purchase the machine.
Around a year or less, I turned it off. I took the power off, and after that, I turned it on, but the machine does not work.
The transformer works perfectly, but the machine itself has no power. I've been unpowered for around one year.

They don't stand by their gurantees without the run around.
- - Two Orbit sprinklers failed.

I have two Orbit Compact Gear Drive sprinklers on spikes I bought in 2022 and 2023. Part no.
56356, I have the receipts. The packaging says it is guaranteed for 6 years. They both broke. A little piece flew off one of the things, nowhere to be found, so it just goes in circles now.
The other one slips around the stops until it bumps up against the other stop and stops. It doesn't even return to the other side. So I called the company and got the runaround. I had to take pictures, so I did.
Then the guy wanted me to run some water through the thing to clean out the debris. First off, there is no debris in the thing. If it's not washing out when I turn on the water, it's not going to magically clear out any debris just because the guy asked me to. There is no way to take these things apart.
For me in this instance, I feel like the company is a rip-off.
My recommendation ... don't buy an Orbit sprinkler!

The call wasn't disconnected. I was calling one of the numbers listed on this site.
It was the wrong number. I called the right number and got in line for return call. Called back within 2 min.
The CSR was helpful. Got everything straightened out.
Warranty a hose end sprinkler. Can't login or reset password. Also would like to use to use the tool to design sprinkler system.

I still do not understand how you get to zone 2 on the dual irrigation system. Is there a website I can go to that has all the instructions on how to program and use the 'manual' buttons for zone 1 and 2?

Won’t shut off cycle
Never got in touch . Third cycle wouldnt shut off.
Had an electrician come out. Tried different settings, even turned of the electricity. Might be a valve problem. Water company had to shut off the water source until problem is solved.
Still dont know for sure.

Broken max sprinkler

it shows lifetime warranty on the box. I bought three of them from Lowes in the past 4 months.
Took one back and *** would not exchange it for me. Said to contact Orbit. Called orbit today and phone said they will call me back in 30 minutes. it has been several hours.
Orbit rotating Max sprinklers are crap made of plastic and no call backs.
I will not purchase any more Orbit products from Lowes and they can both kiss it. Going to buy dont buy orbit crap especially when they dont stand behind their products.my sprinklers from Home Depot or Amazon.

Poor customer service
- - Orbit rep couldn't say which plug to use for the wires.
- - Questions were dismissed; an irrigation specialist was suggested.
The representative from Orbit couldn't even tell me which com plug to use for the black and white wires. He immediately went to call an irrigation specialist and just dismissed my questions.
He didn't even suggest any alternative methods to try to get it to work.
He was only interested in moving on to someone else. Very poor representation for Orbit!

Every aspect of the app and customer support has failed me. Firmware updates are not working. Won't connect, connects, then disconnects, no save button when trying to add a program, etc.

You did not get the runaround. They were trying to troubleshoot visually with pictures and then by running water through it (invert the sprinkler from it's normal position).
But stay mouthy and sarcastic and ship it at your expense to them for inspection (stated in the terms you did not read).
They will determine repair or replacement (also stated in the terms you did not read). Enjoy the $15 (approx) shipping fee.

And as for terms, there are none stated on the packaging.
It simply says guaranteed for 6 years. There are no restrictions or limitations mentioned.
