It would be nice to have someone respond to my email about the quality of their sprinkler valves that only last 2-3 years with a 6 year warranty
I was trying to resolve an issue with my per it toner and got no help regarding a resolution
Not having a receipt was rediculous
I bought it 2 years ago and thought it would be honored
I have not received an answer to my problem.
My unit starts as program. then switch on 6 hours after programing? emartin.spencer@***.com
Probably pilot error...
However, the customer service I received was graceful despite my poor attitude. I was at my wits end and got rescued :-)
